Andrew Forrest, the lead of Forrest Medical Consulting Services, is a physiatrist and alumni of the Mayo Clinic. We review medical files with an independent view. Dr. Forrest was board-certified in PM&R in 1992 and holds a life-time certification. We are qualified to evaluate multi-trauma, head injuries, fractures, and their rehabilitation, etc.
